REMEMBER: Be sure to be aware that effective June 1, 2009 passport documents are required to go back in the USA from Mexico. They will no longer accept a driver's license and a birth certificate. This includes CHILDREN!

El Papagayo Suite #12 Pricing and Availability:

$125 weekday (Sun. - Thurs.) nights for up to 4 people*
$150 weekend (Fri. - Sat.) nights for up to 4 people*
$925 per week for up to 4 people
$25 each additional person per night

*Minimum 2 night stay is required
**Our current holiday and summer (July-August) rates are $175 nightly
for the El Papagayo Suite. Weekly Discounted summer rate of $1100 per week.

St. Pierre Suite #14 Pricing and Availability:

$150 weekday (Sun. - Thurs.) nights for up to 4 people*
$175 weekend (Fri. - Sat.) nights for up to 4 people*
$1100 per week for up to 4 people
$25 each additional person per night

**Our current holiday and summer (July-August) rates are $200 nightly for the St. Pierre Suite. Weekly Discounted summer rate of $1275 per week.

Deposit:

If booking is made less than 30 days of arrival date, 100% of rental fee + security deposit fee + cleaning fee is required within 7 days of booking to confirm reservation.

If booking is made 45 days before arrival, 50% of total amount due within 7 days to confirm reservation. Balance of the total due 30 days before arrival.

First received deposit holds the unit.
